Today’s Bible Reading

In the aftermath of his sin with Bathsheba, David pleads to the Lord for a clean heart and a right spirit. This is the fourth of the seven “penitential psalms.”

The Lord will judge His sheep and will send the Messiah to be their shepherd. The Lord promises to establish a covenant of peace with His people.
