The Lord will destroy Damascus, but will preserve a remnant of faithful people.

Paul begins Scripture’s great chapter on marriage by warning couples against selfishness. Spouses are not their own, but they belong to their partners until death.

Joseph lived most of His life in Egypt, but He wished to rest in the land of His fathers—and more meaningfully, in the land of His God.
