Today’s Bible Reading

The Lord commands Moses to take vengeance on a group of Midianites who have seduced Israel to idolatry in the incident of Peor (Numbers 25). The Israelite army destroys and plunders the Midianites.

Satan is beside himself with anger at God’s victory over him, so he will terrorize God’s believing children to the very last. Yet they will escape and be saved.
