Today’s Bible Reading

The people of Reuben and the people of Gad, who have a large number of livestock, request permission to settle east of the Jordan in the land of Gilead, which is ideal for livestock.

After Jacob’s death, Joseph’s brothers feared he would suddenly turn on them, but Joseph had forgiven them and God had used even their evil deeds to accomplish His purpose.
