Today’s Bible Reading

Moses recounts the entire journey of Israel, listing their encampments. The Lord commands the Israelites to drive out all the inhabitants of Canaan, warning what will happen if the Israelites should fail to obey this command.

The Psalm laments the brevity of life for us sinful human beings. It is only in the Name of the Lord that Zion ‘(God’s believing people) finds the confidence that she will live in God’s presence forever!’
