Daniel praises God as One who reveals mysteries. We’re reminded of the greatest mystery of all that He has revealed to us: the gospel of sins forgiven in Christ.

We find here another beautiful prayer of thanksgiving. Who is like our God? He redeemed His people. He protects them. He communicates with them. He loves them!

Even while in exile, Daniel fully intended to keep on following the Lord. He would not give up his God just because his circumstances had changed.
