Often in this world we see evil grow and we see the wicked thrive. Often in this world the faithful people of God suffer various hardships. The Lord sees all of it. In His own good time He will judge His enemies, and He will deliver His faithful people.

Paul exhorts the Ephesian believers to imitate God, to walk in love for one another, and to avoid sin. Wives are to submit to their husbands as the church submits to Christ. Husbands are to love their wives as Christ loved the church.
